I walk through Paddington station a couple of times every week as I head out to see a variety of customers. But I've never seen the majesty of 'Pure Pies' until today, simply because I turned around (randomly) as I was treading my usual path...

Now there are two thing in this that I can relate to the kind of questions I ask every day:

1. It's amazing what a change in perspective can turn up. Do you need to think differently about your business(-as-usual)?
2. Do you know what business you're in? It's hard to answer that question sometimes in these chaotic and collaborative, mashed-up days (see this example), but these guys certainly know!
