All done - I'm now running this blog from BlogEngine.NET (1.1).

No hassle to uprade from dasBlog as the converter that Mads provides works like a charm.

I've even edited the theme slightly to provide Digg integration and access to some bits and pieces on the sidebar, though this will be a work in progress of course.
